Horsley Drive Business Park is an innovative and sustainable new industrial estate, which has set a new benchmark for industrial parks in Australia. The development will be the first industrial estate to achieve a 6 Star Green Star design rating from the Green Building Council of Australia. It is ideally situated in an established industrial precinct in Western Sydney’s Wetherill Park with access to a large and experienced workforce in the fast growing region.
